We work closely with divisional partner, "Intraining", that works with 20,000+ employers across the UK in all sectors and in 2011 trained 7,000+ apprentices. Newcastle College has world-class inspirational learning environments with cutting-edge facilities.
The School of Creative Industries at Newcastle College is a large school offering a range of Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) courses to learners’ post 16. Over 3300 full and part-time learners across FE and HE were enrolled to courses in 14/15.The School has four curriculum sections, Art & Design, Digital Arts, Performing Arts and Music. These areas are complemented by a Support & Progression team based in and around the schools Further Education Study Centre, a resources team who occupy subject skills related work shop facilities and equipment stores and a designated Work Placement team who are situated within a Higher Education United work placement activities to 5,300 users on average per year.
